If you notice there’s a small amount of water leaking on the floor next to my freezer. The defrost drain has frozen over and needs to be defrosted and cleaned. We would give this a DIY level of easy to do on your own.

It’s normal in a new installs of a garbage disposal to keep the knockout plug in place. For most dishwashers, the drain hose is connected to the garbage disposal, so the knockout plug must be removed for the dishwasher to drain. Contact us to correct the problem with the knockout plug.
Don’t overload the washer. Avoid washing a single item. Use the correct amount of HE detergent. Use the correct preset wash settings. Following these tips should ensure you many years with your Front-Load washing machine.
